These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Moveo website, mobile app, charging infrastructure, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility


You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding legal agreement to use our Services.

2. Services Overview


Moveo provides access to electric vehicle charging stations and related features, including:

  • Charging session initiation and management
  • Real-time station availability
  • Account and payment management
  • Route and charging optimization

Services may vary by location and/or Charger.

3. Account Registration


To access key features, you must create a Moveo account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or breach

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

4. Charging Services & Pricing


You agree to pay all applicable fees for using charging services as displayed in the app or at the station. Pricing may be based on:

  • Energy consumption (kWh)
  • Time spent charging
  • Idle fees (for overstaying after session completion)

Moveo reserves the right to change pricing or add new fees with prior notice via the app or email.

5. Payments


Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize Moveo to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.


We do not store payment card data on our servers. Payment disputes must be reported within 14 days.

6. User Responsibilities


By using Moveo, you agree to:

  • Use the Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes
  • Not misuse, vandalize, or tamper with charging equipment
  • Comply with parking and local regulations at charging locations
  • Keep your vehicle insured and roadworthy

Violations may result in suspension, penalties, or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property


All content on the Moveo website and app—including trademarks, logos, texts, software, designs, and graphics—are owned by or licensed to Moveo. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without our written consent.

8. Third-Party Services


The Services may include links or integration with third-party providers (e.g., maps, roaming networks). Moveo is not responsible for their content, availability, or data practices. You use them at your own risk.

9. Service Availability


While we aim for 24/7 operation, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Charging stations may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party issues.


Moveo is not liable for:

  • Charging delays
  • Station outages
  • Power grid interruptions
  • Roaming network failures

10. Termination


We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Abuse or damage charging infrastructure
  • Engage in fraud or misuse
  • Violate payment obligations

You may also delete your account at any time via the app.

11. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moveo shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or opportunity
  • Charging delays, software errors, or third-party services
  • Injury or damage arising from use or inability to use our Services

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Moveo in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification


You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moveo and its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse or unauthorized access to the infrastructure
  • In case of violation of the rights of a third party

13. Modifications to Terms


We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and notified via email or app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law


These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
