USER AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 10 January 2026.

Company Name: Moveo LLC (“Moveo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

Applies to: All Users, Customers, and Partners accessing or using Moveo Services

1. Introduction


This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your relationship with Moveo regarding the use of our electric vehicle charging network and associated digital services (mobile app, website, and platform tools). By creating an account, initiating a charging session, or entering into a service agreement, you accept the terms of this Agreement in full.


If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement.

2. Definitions


  • “User” / “You” – Any individual or legal entity registered to use Moveo’s services
  • “Charging Session” – The use of an EV charger through the Moveo platform
  • “Partner” – Businesses or institutions with access to charging services under a B2B agreement
  • “Charging Host” – Entities that host charging stations operated or integrated by Moveo
  • “Platform” – Moveo’s website, app, and other digital systems

3. User Account


To use Moveo services, you must create a user account and provide accurate, complete information. You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Immediately notify Moveo of any unauthorized use or security breach

Moveo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or breach.

4. Use of Services


You agree to:

  • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Respect all posted instructions at charging locations
  • Use only authorized payment methods
  • Not abuse, damage, or block access to charging infrastructure
  • Follow safety standards when connecting and disconnecting your vehicle

For fleet or corporate users, use of the platform is limited to the vehicles registered under the business account.

5. Fees and Billing


All charging sessions are subject to applicable usage fees as displayed before initiating a session. 

You authorize Moveo to:

  • Charge your selected payment method
  • Apply idle fees or penalties if you leave your vehicle beyond allowed limits
  • Suspend your account in case of non-payment or failed transactions

Fee schedules are visible in the app and may vary by location, charging speed, or partnership tier.

6. Roaming Services


If your account enables roaming (i.e., access to third-party charging networks through Moveo), you understand that:

  • Moveo facilitates access but does not own/operate those third-party stations
  • Pricing, availability, and uptime are managed by the external partner
  • Disputes or issues may be redirected to the partner network for resolution

7. Charging Hosts & Site Partners


If you are a Charging Host or business site partner, this Agreement supplements any operational or commercial agreement signed with Moveo. 

You agree to:

  • Provide Moveo customers uninterrupted access to the charging infrastructure
  • Maintain clear signage and accessibility to users
  • Allow Moveo or its technicians on-site access for maintenance or upgrades
  • Share site data where applicable (for usage reports, energy billing, etc.)

Revenue sharing, hardware ownership, and support obligations will be governed by the signed Site Hosting Agreement or Partnership Agreement.

8. Data Collection & Usage


Moveo collects and uses data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. This includes:

  • Account and vehicle data
  • Location (with consent)
  • Charging session logs
  • Payment and billing information

Data may be anonymized and aggregated for analytics, planning, or regulatory reporting.

9. Suspension and Termination


Moveo may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach any part of this Agreement or other policies
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • You damage, block, or misuse infrastructure

You may terminate your account at any time by written notice or through the app.

10. Liability and Disclaimer


Moveo strives to ensure reliable and uninterrupted services but does not guarantee:

  • 24/7 availability of charging stations
  • Freedom from technical errors or outages
  • Immediate support at all locations
  • Compatibility of third-party chargers
  • Technical disruptions and glitches
  • Roaming network errors

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moveo disclaims all liability for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of opportunity, revenue, or data
  • Damages resulting from reliance on third-party infrastructure

11. Amendments


Moveo reserves the right to update or revise this Agreement. Any material changes will be notified via app, website, or email. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution


This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tbilisi, Georgia.

14. Entire Agreement


This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and EULA, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moveo regarding your use of the Services.
